gate.ipmusk.com:31212 is the Rotating Residential gateway. ipinfo.io is only the destination used in examples to check the exit IP. Static products use their assigned host and port.

Use separate Host, Port, Username and Password fields when your tool provides them. Do not put a complete proxy URL into a field that asks only for a host.

Rotating Residential examples use HTTP or SOCKS5. Static ISP and Datacenter instructions also support HTTP and SOCKS5. Match the protocol and format shown in Connection examples.

Send the neutral IP-check request from Connection examples through the proxy. A successful response confirms that test connection; a target website may still block or challenge the IP.

Use the proxy username and password, not your website sign-in password. Check the host, port, extra spaces and URL encoding for special characters.

Check the host, port and protocol, and do not add https:// before the proxy address. Test one connection and check whether a VPN, another proxy or a network policy is interfering.

You can choose a country and, in many countries, a state or region. Location follows IP geolocation, which can differ slightly between lookup services. City, ASN, carrier and ZIP targeting are not available.

Yes. Choose Sticky on the Connect page to keep the same IP for 1, 3, 10 or 30 minutes, or choose Rotating to get a new IP on every request.

No. The quantity is the number of connection configurations, not dedicated IP addresses, and a different exit IP is not promised for every configuration.

You are most likely using a sticky session, which keeps the same IP for the time you chose (1, 3, 10 or 30 minutes). Switch to Rotating to get a new IP on every request.

IPMusk currently uses managed proxy usernames and passwords. IP allowlist authentication, customer API keys and self-service proxy-user editing are not available.

Managed credentials are created after your first Residential package is delivered. Check payment and delivery in Orders. If delivery is complete but credentials are missing, contact support and do not pay again.

No. Website and proxy credentials are separate. Residential credentials are read-only; request help through a Technical ticket without sending the current password or full proxy URL.

Each fixed traffic package is valid for 30 days. The workspace shows the exact expiry date, and unused traffic expires on that date.

Open Residential packages or Usage. Current-period usage may be provisional while historical usage is marked final.

Usage may not update instantly. Refresh the Usage page and compare the package's remaining traffic and expiry. Contact support if a difference persists.

Each delivered resource has its own host, port, username, password, location and expiry date. Reveal details from that resource's page after it becomes available.

Static renewal is manual. Select eligible resources and a term shown in your workspace. Renew before expiry to keep the same address; it may not be available after expiry.

Yes. Open the matching Static ISP or Datacenter list, select resources and export TXT, CSV or JSON, up to 1,000 resources per request. Keep exported credentials private.

Both are Static ISP lines: fixed addresses registered to internet service providers, with the same terms, delivery states and connection method. They come from two separate address pools with their own location lists and prices, so a country may be in one line, the other, or both. Choose the line that lists your location at the price you want; if a target site treats one line differently, the other line is the alternative.

Open Billing in your workspace to view the subscription and its available actions.

Choose Cancel at period end. Before that period ends, Resume subscription restores its normal renewal schedule. Delivered traffic keeps its original expiry date.

Payment and delivery are separate statuses. Check the order and refresh the workspace. Do not place a duplicate order while delivery is still pending.

Do not pay again. Keep the order ID and redacted error text, then ask for a human or open a Billing ticket. Automated help cannot verify private payments or approve refunds.

Check spam or junk first. The verification link expires after one hour; request another email from Verify Email if needed.

Request a time-limited, single-use reset link. Completing the reset signs out existing sessions.

Continue with Google for normal sign-in. To create an IPMusk email password, request a reset link using the same email address. Never share a Google password or code.

Ask for a human in chat or open a ticket. Include the time and time zone, resource or order ID, exact redacted error, tool and whether the neutral IP check worked. Never include passwords or payment details.
