Dashboard account
Your email and password open the customer workspace. Email verification is required, and account recovery uses a time-limited email link.
Dashboard credentials do not connect to a proxy endpoint.
Rotating Residential credentials
Rotating access uses one managed proxy username and password, issued automatically when your first traffic package is delivered. It is shared by every connection and shown read-only in the Residential workspace; country, state and session choices are applied through the Connect page controls.
- Credential authentication only; IP allowlisting is not offered.
- Use only the host, port and format displayed in your workspace.
- The credential cannot be created, edited or deleted from the workspace; open a Technical ticket to rotate it.
- Location can be set to a country or a state; city, ASN, carrier and ZIP targeting are not offered.
Static ISP credentials
Each assigned Static ISP resource has its own connection details. Reveal and copy them only when needed.
Credential editing is not offered; contact support if a resource needs new credentials.
Handle secrets safely
- Never paste passwords or full proxy URLs into a ticket, email or screenshot.
- Store credentials in a secret manager, not in source code.
- Rotate or revoke affected access if you believe a credential was exposed.
- Share a resource ID or order ID with support instead of the connection string.
