1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to everyone who uses IPMusk, operated by HONGKONG VIBEFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, including anyone you allow to use your account or credentials. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and the rules of the destination sites and networks you connect to apply as well.
2. Intended uses
- Collecting lawfully accessible public web data.
- Verifying public advertising, pricing and localised experiences by country.
- Market and brand research on publicly visible content.
- Testing or monitoring a service you own or are authorised to test.
- Managing accounts and profiles you are authorised to operate, in line with the rules of the platform concerned.
3. Prohibited activity
- Unauthorised access of any kind: credential stuffing, brute force, account takeover, or bypassing authentication or access controls.
- Attacks on infrastructure, including DDoS, port scanning without authorisation, exploitation attempts and malware distribution.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, carding, and the creation or use of accounts based on false identity.
- Spam and bulk unsolicited messaging on any channel.
- Child sexual abuse material, content that sexualises minors, and any material whose distribution is a criminal offence.
- Harassment, threats, incitement to violence, and the distribution of content that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
- Collecting, storing or selling personal data in breach of applicable data-protection law.
- Reselling or redistributing IPMusk access or credentials without a written agreement with us.
- Any use intended to conceal criminal activity or to evade sanctions or export controls.
4. Responsible collection
- Keep request rates reasonable so that you do not degrade the service you are collecting from.
- Respect robots.txt, published terms and any rate limits that a site sets.
- Honour opt-out and deletion requests for data you have collected.
- Do not target systems that serve vulnerable groups, critical infrastructure or emergency services.
- Take extra care with any personal data you encounter, and hold only what you need.
5. Reporting misuse
Anyone can report suspected misuse of an IPMusk address through the abuse report form or by writing to abuse@ipmusk.com. A useful report includes the address, timestamps with a time zone, and the log lines or evidence you observed.
A report opens an operational review. It is not by itself proof that a customer broke this policy, and we do not disclose customer identities to reporters.
6. How we enforce it
Depending on what we find, we may ask you for an explanation, apply a rate or destination restriction, suspend the affected credentials, or terminate the account. Serious cases — in particular anything involving children, malware or attacks on infrastructure — result in immediate termination.
We preserve relevant evidence for the period needed to handle the case, and we respond to lawful requests from competent authorities. Termination for a serious breach does not entitle you to a refund of the remaining balance.
If you believe an enforcement decision was wrong, reply to the notice you received and we will review it.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to your workload and to the systems you connect to, including authorisation, request volume, data handling and what happens to the data afterwards. Not knowing a destination site's rules is not a defence, and we may update this policy as new forms of misuse appear.
