1. Choose the product model
Use Rotating Residential when you need traffic measured in GB and exit addresses that rotate instead of staying assigned to you. Use Static ISP when you need one or more assigned ISP addresses for a selected term. Use Datacenter when you need the lowest-cost assigned address and the destination site accepts datacenter traffic.
- Rotating Residential: fixed traffic plans, country and state selection, rotating or sticky sessions.
- Static ISP: location, quantity and service term.
- Datacenter: location, quantity and service term, at the lowest price, for sites that accept datacenter traffic.
- Each product has its own pricing, resources and connection details.
2. Create and verify one account
Create an account with email and password, then complete email verification. Sign-in sessions and product credentials are separate: your dashboard password is never a proxy password.
3. Review the order state
An order is created from an approved fixed plan. Payment and resource delivery are displayed as separate states.

The selected product and configuration are saved.
- 2Payment confirmed
This will only mean payment was recorded, not that a proxy is ready.
- 3Resource available
Connect only after the dashboard shows the package or assigned proxy as available.
4. Connect with safe placeholders
Copy connection details from the matching product workspace only when the resource is available. Replace every placeholder locally and keep credentials out of logs, screenshots and support messages.
