1. Who provides the service
IPMusk (“IPMusk”, “we”, “us”) is operated by HONGKONG VIBEFINITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under Business Registration Certificate No. 77999303, with its registered office at Room 701, Unit 108, 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
These Terms cover the IPMusk website, dashboard, proxy products and any related tools. Please read them before you use the service. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
- You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to open an account.
- If you use IPMusk for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
- Creating an account, confirming an order or using the proxy service is a valid electronic acceptance of these Terms.
- You are responsible for checking that using a proxy service is lawful where you are, and we may decline service in jurisdictions where it is not.
3. The services
IPMusk offers two products. Rotating Residential is a traffic package measured in GB with country-level selection and exit addresses that rotate rather than being assigned to you. Static ISP is one or more assigned ISP addresses held for a selected service term. We do not sell datacenter proxies.
Availability, locations and pool composition depend on our upstream suppliers and on the networks involved, so they can change. Published locations and capabilities describe what we currently offer, not a guaranteed level of performance for a specific target site.
We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features. Where a change materially affects a paid service you are using, we will give you notice by email or in the dashboard, except where an urgent security or legal issue requires immediate action.
4. Where our IP addresses come from
Our residential and ISP addresses are obtained through contracted upstream suppliers. Those suppliers are required to source residential peers ethically: the device owner opts in knowingly through a disclosed application or SDK, receives a benefit or compensation in return, and can leave the network at any time.
We do not accept addresses gathered through malware, botnets, hidden bundling or any method that puts a device on the network without the owner's knowledge. If we find that a supplier has breached this rule, we will remove the affected addresses.
Static ISP addresses are leased from internet service providers and data partners and are assigned to a single customer for the selected term.
If you believe an address belongs to a device that never agreed to take part, write to abuse@ipmusk.com and we will investigate and, where confirmed, remove it from the pool.
5. Your account and credentials
- Give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- Keep your dashboard password and your proxy credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- Dashboard sign-in and proxy authentication are separate — never reuse one as the other, and never share proxy credentials with people outside your organisation.
- Tell us immediately at support@ipmusk.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or explain your use case where volume, payment or traffic patterns suggest a risk.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of IPMusk must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to you and to the systems you connect to. A proxy changes the network path of a request; it does not give you permission to access a system, an account or data that you are not otherwise entitled to access.
We monitor for abuse at the network and account level, and we act on reports we receive. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination without notice, and we cooperate with law enforcement where we are legally required to.
7. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the pricing pages in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes or duties that apply to you. Online checkout is being enabled; contact support@ipmusk.com for current availability, and we will confirm the price, product and term before any order is created.
Payment and delivery are separate states. An order is only fulfilled when the dashboard shows the traffic package or the assigned addresses as available.
Where you choose a recurring plan, it renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel it in the dashboard. If a payment fails, service may be suspended until payment succeeds.
We may change prices. Existing recurring plans keep their current price until we have given you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Promotional credits are non-transferable and expire when an account is closed.
8. Service territory
Requests that Cloudflare identifies as originating from mainland China (CN), North Korea (KP), Turkmenistan (TM), Iran (IR), or Eritrea (ER) are blocked across the website, the API, registration and checkout. This source-IP rule is the only region restriction we apply; we do not judge eligibility by nationality, billing country, chosen proxy location or site language.
Before paying, you must confirm that you can access the service from a supported region; completing a purchase does not remove this restriction.
9. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time; paid service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, unpaid or reversed charges, suspected fraud, or where the law requires it.
- Termination for a serious breach may end service immediately, and unused balance in that case is not refunded.
- Sections that are meant to survive termination — payment obligations, acceptable use, liability, and governing law — remain in force.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular success rate against any third-party site, or that a given address will be accepted by a given destination. We are not responsible for the content, actions or policies of third-party websites you reach through a proxy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, loss of data or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by us, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law that applies to you.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Neither party is in breach for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, network or upstream outages and attacks despite reasonable security measures.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before starting formal proceedings, please write to support@ipmusk.com so that we can try to resolve the matter. If we cannot settle it within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration administered in Hong Kong under the rules in force at the time, seated in Hong Kong and conducted in English. Each party brings claims individually and not as part of a class or representative action.
Either party may still ask a court for urgent injunctive relief, and either party may bring a qualifying claim in a small claims court. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, nothing here removes that right.
Claims must be brought within one year of the date the cause of action arose, unless the law that applies to you requires a longer period.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email, in the dashboard or on this page, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
